My take after seeing model and spending some time with sales staff is that the extra three floors that they are adding on the building – is going to be spectacular. I was very impressed with the finishes and overall layout. It is very modern and screams quality at every turn. If one was going to buy I would say your best re-sale position is in the top part of the building with the exclusive balconies.
