The 488,000 sq. ft development is a major accomplishment for the Bulfinch – North End area it signifies movement in the right direction and the realization that these ‘parcel’s’ will soon be an inhabitable area… residential area.
The new 488,000-square-foot development is bounded by Valenti Way, North Washington, Canal and New Chardon streets. It is being developed by Hines and the Raymond Property Co. It will include 295,000 sq. ft of commercial office or research and development space, a Stop & Shop Supermarket.
Be on the watch for more development in this area – it is going to be the place to live! North End, Financial District, West End and Waterfront all in walking distance.
