History
In 1891, Jamacia Plain was home to a very large brewing company which was known for brewing up to 100,000 barrels of beer a year up until the 1920′s when Prohibition was instated. From the 1920′s on this property was used for an art warehouse.

Re-development

Now its 2009 and Commonwealth Ventures the Procaccianti Group just finished transforming the building into a 79 luxury lofts. Over the past two years they completely turned a warehouse into beautiful, spacious lofts. Prices range between $259,900 and $649,900.
