New Construction
Brookline Condominiums
Freeman and Pleasant Street
Brookline, Ma
With floor plans ranging from 700 sq. ft to well over 3000 the renovation development of St. Aiden church into luxury condominiums could not be more interesting. Although I am not always a fan of renovation projects done in churches – this project has my attention. I have been recently disappointed with new construction projects and their inability to provide ample ceiling height space to deem themself worth of being ‘luxury’ – luxury to me is the feeling of space and light. Everyone has granite and stainless steel appliances but not everyone has duplex living – 10+ ft ceiling heights and an unique and spacious floor plan that actually feels larger then what it is on a floor plan. With that said I am impressed with what they have done so far and look forward to seeing more of the project.
Sidenote: Location speaks for itself. Walking distance to B line and Bu Central. Walking Distance to C line, beacon street and Coolidge corner A+ location.
