45 Province Street Grand – Opening
On June 11th, one of Boston’s most anticipated luxury condominiums grand openings took place. 45 Province Street opened its doors to the public with 20% of the 138 units already sold. 45 Province is located was once known as Governor’s Alley, which was home to the Government House for sitting governors of the Commonwealth and the first Governor’s Mansion. Officially today, this vibrant new Boston condo community, 45 Province, is a new 32 story luxury high-rise situation in the heart of historic Boston at the foot of Beacon Hill and just steps away from Boston’s Financial District and Boston Common.
Developers from the Abbey Group are pleased with the pace of sales thus far in this economic crisis and believe that this is the most desirable luxury building in the Boston area. They foresee tremendous success with this development as its located in the heart of Downtown Boston and has an unbelievable amount of amenities. 45 Province Street is a full-service luxury Boston condo building featuring a four seasons pool, spa and fitness center, parlor, library, catering kitchen, screening room, fine dining restaurant, a bistro with outdoor patio, spectacular roof top terraces, valet parking, and 24 hour concierge. 45 Province is the first step to the rebirth of the Downtown Boston area and I see a long term success for this amazing building. You cannot beat the location or luxury of a building like this, its a gem.
