There is a workshop coming up for property owners in Chelsea on April 2oth. From 6-8PM there will be a section 8 housing briefing for all landlords of Chelsea. The Assistant Director of Leased Housing, Neil Rohr will be presenting Section 8 regulations, landlord rights and responsibilities rent increases, and the lease approval process. He will also designate time to answer any questions the audience may have. This workshop is especially helpful to new and future landlords.
