Upcoming Auctions!

Springfield MA, in partnership with Daniel J. Flynn & Company of Quincy, will be holding an auction of 39 properties in tax title possession. You must register starting at 5PM and the auction starts at 6PM located at Springfield City Hall, 36 Court Street.
These are 39 city owned properties, which consist of six residential homes, residential and commercial lots and one commercial property. Springfield’s auctions in the past have been very successful so they’re looking forward to this one. I’d advise anyone thinking about attending to go check out the properties on Sunday, June 6th, they’re holding an open house from 11:00AM – 1:00PM. In order to participate in the auction you must come prepared with a certified check made out to themselves of $5000 per property.
