The 206,000 sq. ft Atrium Mall located in Chestnut Hill is up for sale. The mall is owned by the Simon Property Group, a New York Investment fund and another investor and they have called on Boston’s Eastdil Secured to be in charge of marketing this property. This same company has been hired by the same New York Investment to sell 12 other Simon Mall spaces. Some of the other spaces include, The Square One Mall in Saugus, The Liberty Tree mall in Danvers and the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis. The valuation of all of the malls Eastdil is representing is approximately $2Billion dollars. This mall is probably the oddball of all Simon Malls, due to its size and stores.
