The Boston Renaissance School will be moving to an old mill building in Hyde Park, while there current location at 100 Arlington Street will be converted into 130 luxury apartment rentals with 100,000 sq. ft. of retail on the ground level. Back in August of 2008, the BRS sold the 225,000 sq. ft. building for $45M. Not too much info on this project at the moment, but BRS is moving in July and we can definitely anticipate immediate construction. I’m interested in hearing more about what they have planned. I’ll keep you posted!
