After a decade of disputes and legal conflict, the slowly erected Northpoint Development Project of East Cambridge, between partners Boston and Maine Corporation and Cambridge Nothpoint LLP, is now up for sale. This listing has resulted in the wake of a Delaware court ruling that ruled in favor of Northpoint LLP and ordered the Boston and Maine Corporation to transfer its interest in the property to Northpoint LLP. Initially, both partners envisioned the development to be utilized both for both residential and commercial use. As of now, the 38 acre development contains just two residential condos. This development is a great opportunity for someone with imagination and ambition to resume the vision the two partners shared a decade ago and to develop one of the most substantial properties this area has seen in a long time.
