First Building to go up for Seaport Square Project

This is the first building that will go up as part of the Seaport Square project.  It will be for residential purposes, located directly next to The Barking Crab, which is right on the water. It will be 110,000 sq. ft. standing 6 stories tall, with the bottom two floors being retail. There will be 34 luxury units with great waterfront views located in a perfect area that is walking distance to the heart of Boston and the heart of the Seaport District.
