Party Time at the W!

The very chic, trendy, but troubling W Hotel Condominiums have stormed up an interesting new way of marketing their gorgeous condos! Sales have been slow….very slow….bankruptcy slow, but they can see the light at the end of the tunnel, its very far ahead, but its visible. Anyway, there latest marketing idea is one that i’ve never seen before, but being a young gentlemen that enjoys a nice classy party, I do like the idea! What they’ve decided to do is make the whole 20th floor of the hotel a venue for parties! They are all model units that have spectacular views of the city and unbelievably luxurious, chic, state of the art finishes. The best part is, ITS FREE, all you pay for is the party clean up! Its smart, because a lot of people have been questioning these condo’s due to their slow start and will finally get a chance to see how amazing they truly are. The creativity that was put into these model units by the W Hotel’s designers are tremendous and will make for a perfect party venue. Each and every unit will have an open door and partygoer’s can mingle in and out of each room. I’m in party planning as well as real estate and think its a real cool way to get people in there and would be a really unique, posh and classy atmosphere for a party. Only 15 condos have sold so far at the W, but once the bankruptcy is resolved I can see that sales will jump! Attention potential buyers, please do wait until the bankruptcy is resolved, for now just go party on the 20th floor! Definitely a good way to get people in there and keep The W one of the talks of the town.
