On June 26th, The American Brewery Lofts went to Auction at the Colonade Hotel.  There were 21 available units on the auction block of the total 79 units in this building. All but one sold during the auction and three others were taken out of the auction format and were offered to the bidders conventionally. For example of how incredible the outcome was for purchasers, there was a 1,621 sq. ft. gorgeous loft unit that was originally $559,000 and was auctioned off for $355,000, which totals a savings of $204,900!  These are really unique units!
