From Day 1 I have loved this building. It is surely where I would invest my money if I was in market for 1.5 million – 2. At 700 a sq. ft this unit feels more like a townhouse in the city. With direct elevator access privacy is the word. This unit feels like ‘home’ every time I take a client through. I like the fact that condo fees are low approx 50-60c a sq. ft (almost half of other new buildings on the market). Sure unit does not have a pool or gym but that is a choice you make and money you save.
